Any violence will result in a 12 month or permanent ban, from Te Kauwhata Tavern and all Poker League Games.

Spending on food/beverages at Te Kauwhata Tavern up-to $40 can be claimed
as an additional add-on for a proportional value of chips up to 10K in value.
(So keep your receipts as proof)

Only one additional buy-in (In event of player being knocked out of the game) and/or add-on for a value of $20 is permitted.
(This limits the total buy-in/add-on spending to a maximum of $40 per player per night, excluding monies spent at the Te Kauwhata Taven)
An additional propotional value of $10k in chips may be acquired once only, before the start of play after the third break, when spending upto $40 at the Te Kauwhata Tavern.
No further add-ons or chip buying (Including Tavern slips) are permitted after the third break.
The game starts promptly at 19:15 pm
No further buy-in permitted after the game has started unless pre-arranged. If you've arranged for being late to the game, a seat will be randomly allocated for you, and all normal play continues.
Note: If you arrand to be late and do not turn up for the game you will be charged an additional $20 before you may participate in the next game.
If you are not present at the table when it is your turn to act you will be folded.
No Chain Betting - Your bet is what you put on the table in a single motion, unless you clearly announce your bet on intention to raise beforehand.
If you intend to get change from the table, then announce your bet/call beforehand.
You are responsible for guarding your hand.
You must raise by minimum of the big-blind value, with exception of an all-in. You may call an all-in even if it didn't result in a full raise.
No Rabbiting.
No digging in the muck - Mucked cards are final.
Note: As the Poker League encourages learning of the game, if you are out of the hand, the mucked cards may be viewed with permission. Ask first!
Active hands that are not mucked as shown at the end of betting always play, regardless of whether or not the player realises they have a winning hand no not.
Don't bet out of your turn - A raise out of turn is forced Check/Call or fold.
Don't pre-deal the community cards before betting sequences (It potentially allows a glimpse of cards before betting).
Initial dealing issues and pre-flop card exposures will result in a re-deal.
Dealing issues post-flop card exposures (Example: a flipped burn card) will result in the offending card being shuffled back into the deck the sequence.
Don't discuss issues or the game if you are not in the hand.

Our group is very lenient and as long as the banter does not impact players still in the hand.
Ties that result in a split where the lowest denomination chip(s) cannot be split will result in the lowest denomination chip(s) being left in the pot for the next hand.

Blinds are increased every 12 minutes with two breaks of 12 minutes

1st Blind - Small =$200 Big = $400
2nd Blind - Small = $300 Big = $600
3rd Blind - Small = $400 Big = $800
Break
4th Blind - Small = $500 Big = $1000
5th Blind - Small = $1000 Big = $2000
6th Blind - Small = $3000 Big = $6000
Break
(After break, no more further chip purchases)
11h Blind - Small = $4000 Big = $8000
12th Blind - Small = $5000 Big = $10000
Play continues with blind doubling until only two players remain.
